We provide DTF gang sheets!

The cost for a gang sheet is $7 per linear foot, which is 22 in by 12 in wide. We are able to print any length gang sheet you need as our film comes in 300-foot rolls! We have a minimum of 3-foot linear foot length to send in a gang sheet request.

You can create gang sheets in a variety of design software programs that make it so easy! The most common design software programs are Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Silhouette Studio or Canva. Canva is a free program for you to download and use. There are lots of tutorials on how to use Canva to set up a gang sheet on YouTube.

Don't want to gang your own images? We can set up your gang sheet for you! There is only a $10 charge for us to do this.

Step 1. Set your page size to the size of the gang sheet you wish to order. Be sure the maximum width is 22 inches, as our printer will only print up to 22 inches wide.

Step 2. Arrange and size all your images to use up as much of the space as possible. The more you fit, the less you pay per image. We recommend you leave about .50 inch of space in between each image.

Step 3. Save your image as a PNG with transparent background. When saving, make sure you have a minimum 300DPI (dots per inch) for the best resolution. If your resolution is lower than that, your image will likely be blurry - the lower DPI the lower the resolution.
